Haris köz is located between Váci Street and Petőfi Sándor Street, near to Ferenciek Squre. You can reach it easily by car or public transport. Haris köz is a special jewel of Budapest with its unique offer and more than 100 years history.

Unfortunately no longer visible today, but in the Haris, the luxurious, eclectic-style, glass-domed passage house of the wealthy Haris family of Greek origin, the Haris Bazaar, which was once a business house with mosaic floors, fountains and palm trees, once stood, connecting Városház Square with Petőfi Sándor Street.

At Haris köz 1-5, a 1909 mansard-roofed tenement house, it was once the photographic studio of Irén Weiner, where well-known artists and writers took their photographs
