Another medal shower at MyChoccy Chocolate Factory

This bonbon has brought another recognition to MyChoccy, an award for Gold Qualification, the Best Bonbon Design award, the Best Cream-filled Artisan Bonbon award, and the Grand Prize as well! 

"Let us introduce you to the ABRICOT ÉPICÉS.

The crunchy, thin outer shell is made of dark chocolate with earthy, cocoa notes, which we painted apricot-colored using airbrush technique.

Inside, there are two different creams. The upper layer is built on a soft, vanilla white chocolate cream, combined with apricot and the apricot brandy from Sáppusztai Pálinka. Below is a thin layer of green cardamom, caramelized wafer bits, and a crunchy milk chocolate layer.

It is fruity, soft, fresh, alcoholic, sweet, tangy, crunchy, silky, and spicy all at once. So everything that can be filled into a bonbon...

However, the Chocolate Factory's masterpieces were not only awarded one gold but a whole series of awards.

They brought home 16 recognitions with 12 bonbons, which is a big deal because the best in the industry, the biggest names in the field, said they are the best!

They received 4 gold, 6 silver, and 2 bronze awards.

Additionally, they won in two categories, one for best design and the ABSOLUTE GRAND PRIZE!!!
