The beloved street art painting of Újbuda has been renewed
The artwork visible at the Mézöly stairs has almost completely worn off in recent years, but now we can admire it again in all its glory.

The painting that can only be seen from one viewpoint was originally created by visual artist Enikő Váci under the title Sunflower Meditation for the 2021 Eleven Spring, and she has now reimagined it under the title Levitation.
The street art painting visible from the Mézöly street had worn away so much in the last four years that it was barely recognizable, which is why, as part of the Eleven Spring – 1 Artist 1 Door program, the artist practically repainted it from scratch.
If you are walking around Bartók Béla Road or the Gellért Hill area, it is definitely worth stopping by the Mézöly stairs to see the renewed artwork!
